Tami is a certified personal trainer and a group fitness instructor, also certified in CPR. Weighing in at over 300 pounds only five years ago, she was battling depression, prediabetes, high cholesterol, and osteoarthritis. All of this made it hard for her to get out of bed each morning at the young age of 35. Not only was this affecting her physically, but mentally as well. The stress affected her career, her involvement in her daughter’s life, and more! It was time for a change!! Not just to lose weight, but to change her mindset, to be stronger, to have more energy for her and her family, and to reverse the diseases.

After trainings and research, she founded Drum-late’, exactly what she was looking for and it changed her life. That was 4 years ago and she is still keeping her weight off and continuing to work towards her goals; training students, in person and online, and certifying teachers worldwide.

As the President of The Curvy Mermaid LLC and the creator of Drum-Late`, Tami’s electric energy continues to coach women, men and children to help achieve their health goals. She encourages everyone to keep moving! Tami continues to teach and speak at worldwide health events and youth functions. She loves to travel, workout, roller skate, and camp in the mountains
of PA. She also enjoys spending time with her family at the beach.

CollageVideo.TV Streaming Workout Review: Denise Austin Anti-Aging Cardio Dance Workout

CollageVideo.TV: Anti-Aging Cardio Dance Workout
Denise Austin

Denise  & 6 background exercisers woks out on a stage with a band. The workout is comprised of 20 minutes of aerobics, 15 minutes of sculpting and a 10 minute cool down & stretch. You wont need any equipment for this workout.

After a warm up, exercises include marching up & back, grapevine, cardio lunge & punch, scoop step, twists, pony, chasse, squats & abduction, plie, crunches, oblique, reverse crunch, push ups, donkey kicks, seated quad raised, and concludes with a stretch.

I rate this an intermediate routine in terms of choreo & intensity. You can easily modify this up or down by adding weights or higher impact. The aerobic portion builds little routines and despite the title, I did not find this dancy. Fun and easy to follow, this is an effective little workout that I enjoyed. I received access to this routine for review.

REVIEW: Virtual Active Indoor Cycling Wild California

Virtual Active Indoor Cycling Wild California
Jim Karanas

You can choose a thirty or sixty minute guided or basic workout. This workout is made for your stationary bike but you can run without it in front of your TV and enjoy the scenery with just your running shoes. Jim tells you what RPMS, hand positions, and what perceived exertion should be throughout the workout.

In the guided tour, Jim tells you where you are & even give some fun facts along the way. Scenery includes Humbold, trails, hills, mixed terrain, the coast, Big Sur, Newport Beach, wooded trails, highway, lighthouse, Crystal Cove Beach,
and concludes with a cooldown.

I rate this a solid intermediate routine that is easy to adjust up or down on your bike settings. Lots of intervals & standing portions make this a fun and challenging ride with beautiful Pacific Northwest scenery. I received this DVD to review.
