Ben leads this 45 min cardio dance routine in a garage type set with 6 backgrounders. The DVD is fully chaptered and you wont need any equipment.
Each dance move is learned at half time and then sped up to tempo and combined with the previous exercises. Each of the 3 segments contains 2 eight count moves, that are put together & then combined with the next segment. After a warm up exercises include: hip dip & scoop, "do you" (freestyle), knee up & shoulder brush, booty pop & hop, step forward 7 drag back, shoulder brush, and a cool down.
I rate this a low intermediate in both choreo & intensity. This is actually the best cardio dance DVD I have done to date! Really enjoyed the routine, instruction style, and the vibe. Fun & easy to catch on to without being boring. Bens cuing, instruction, and energy are all greta! Easy to amp up and it moves right along. I received this DVD to review.
