Stephanie leads this 26 min cardio workout with 3 backgrounders, all showing various modifications. You wont need any equipment for this workout.

Each exercise is performed for 40 seconds on/ 20 off or 30 on/ 30 off. and the circuit is performed two times.  After a warm up, exercises include figure 8 run, plank frog jacks, power knee ups, side & back knee repeaters, hi & wide knee run, burpee- climbers, 90 degree hop & tuck jumps, Mt climbers with a knee cross, and a cool down.

I rate this an high intermediate workout, but as with all XTF workouts - choose your modifier & get a workout that is truly yours. Stephanie provides great cuing & motivation throughout. I received this DVD to review.
