X-TrainFit At Home Training is an extreme, high intensity, total body conditioning program featuring cardio, circuit training, resistance training, yoga and stretching. The program is fully customizable to help you to achieve and maintain a ripped, great looking body. The workouts are athletic in nature and very well rounded. The program contains workouts that will work you from head to toe. No complicated choreography here!




The DVDs come in a sturdy cardboard accordion holder and each DVD is in a plastic envelope inside the accordion so you can count on pristine DVDs! The program guide that is included provides info on each workout and the length of each workout (LOVE this!). So you know what youre getting yourself into before doing the DVD. Each DVD has multiple audio options such as voice only, music & cuing, and cues only. 

Stephanies instruction style is awesome- very friendly and down to earth and with so many modification options this set is really for anyone. From beginner to advanced exerciser you will find yourself challenged. Even if you dont have dumbbells you can do these workouts. Minimual equipment is required and Stephanie even shows you how to combine lighter dumbbells so you can heavy up if you dont have a large variety of weights.
