Stephanie leads this 27 min cardio workout with 3 backgrounders, all showing various modifications. You wont need any equipment for this workout.

This workout contains 3 blocks of 3 exercises for one minute each followed by a one minute rest, then repeated. After a warm up, exercises include speed skater, knee pull & kick, hi knee & tuck jumps, plyo lunge & plyo squat combo, hi knee run alternating with buttkicks, 3 point plank moguls, jack & kicks, burpees. and a cool down.

I rate this an advanced workout! Stephanie moves through the 3 minutes of work with very little to no rest.  Stephanie is her usual chatty upbeat self and provides tons of motivation. As with all XTF workouts, this is interval style, each workout is performed for a minute or so. I received this DVD to review.
