Stephanie leads this 26 min strength workout with 3 backgrounders, all showing various modifications. Stephanie performs level 4 in this workout and each exercise will hit multiple muscles. You will need weights or a band for this workout.
After a warm up, exercises include wide squats & overhead raise, lunge & delt raise, tree pose & angled out bi curl, pushup variations, diagonal lunge & curl, single leg deadlift & row, iso lunges & kickback, single leg bridge & tri drop, pec fly with toe drops, and a cool down.
I rate this a solid to high intermediate workout, but as with all XTF workouts - choose which modifier to follow and adjust your poundage to get more or less of a challenge. This one accomplishes a lot in a short amount of time. I received this DVD to review.
