REVIEW: X-TrainFit XTFMAX Legs

X-TrainFit XTFMAX Legs
Stephanie Oram, 2014

Stephanie leads this 46 min lower body workout with 3 backgrounders, all showing various modifications. You will need dumbbells or a band and a chair or high step for this workout.

After a warm up, exercises include awkward leg bridge, staggered squats, iso squat shifts,  calf raises, lying ham curls, pliet step outs, close stancesquats, and a cool down.

I rate this a high intermediate routine using heavier poundage.  Stephanie does level 4 for the entirety in this one. As with all XTF workouts, this is interval style, each workout is performed for a minute or so. Stephanie varies the tempo to keep your muscles guessing. I received this DVD to review.
