REVIEW: X-TrainFit XTFMAX Stretch

X-TrainFit XTFMAX  Stretch

Stephanie leads this 28 min stretch/ yoga routine workout with 3 backgrounders. You You will only need an optional yoga mat for this workout. All exercisers show the same version of each stretch.

This complete routine is done on the floor. Between each stretch segment you will do a few yoga poses and move into more stretching. You start with seated upper body stretches, down dog, lower body  floor stretches, down dog, cat cow, seated lower body stretches, lying lower body stretches, and concludes with childs pose. 
This is a basic full body stretch routine that is great for all levels, from beginner to advanced exerciser. Stephanie really does stretch it all and even includes neck & shin stretches. A great DVD for recovery days. I received this DVD to review.
