Fusion Fitness Dream Body Cardio Series Intro!

Ready to shock your body? Then you are ready for Fusion Fitness Dream Body Cardio Series. All new workouts from Darby Brender & all your Fusion Fitness ladies in one super cute set. The set includes five DVDs each in its own plastic DVD case in one convenient cardboard sleeve (all are super cute rainbow neons- love). Each DVD is 50-60 minutes and each will get your heart pumping, and your muscles burning! These are fast paced, advanced workouts that will have you sweating in no time. Dream Body Cardio Series will get your body toned and tightened in no time! The series includes five new classes, each full of challenging cardio and muscle sculpting moves to change the way you look and feel. Burn off stored fat, skinny your waistline, define your arms and perfect your buns! You may break each of these workouts into 25–30 minute workouts. 

The new Cardio Series DVD set from Fusion Fitness is different from their past offerings in that, many of the DVDs in the set separate the toning work from the cardio so you can break them out into separate, shorter workouts that fit into anyones workout calendar. Each of the five workouts in this system contain both cardio & strength work and each DVD is 50-60 minutes in length. Each DVD is a different format, with a different focus. You will NOT get bored with this set. Equipment used:  yoga mat • 2lb weights • playground ball • resistance band • paper plates • circular band

The set includes: 
M.I.L.F. (Max Interval Laced with Fusion) with Darby 
30 minutes of max cardio intervals followed by 30 minutes wrap up with isolated toning exercises focused on your buns, arms, and abs. (55 minutes)

inTENse with Sadie 
Six, ten-minute segments alternating between cardio, arms, and abs. (60 minutes)

FUSION 50 with Brooke
35 minute fat-burning cardio sequence followed by 15 minutes of burnout in your buns, arms, and hamstrings. (50 minutes)

BATA BARRE with Francie
30 minutes of cardio tabatas and 30 minutes of barre. (60 minutes)

Kickboxing with a resistance band for an extra challenge—your arms and core will be on fire throughout the hour while keeping your heart-rate up for serious calorie burn. Finishes with a core routine. (60 minutes)
