Christine leads this 21 min strength workout alone in a spacious studio. You will need dumbbells for this workout. You will perform 2 total body combo exercises then repeat them. Christine offers modification options up or down.

After a warmup, exercises include bench press & bridge, weighted teaser, tri dips, V hold & overhead press, renegade rows, side plank rotator cuff & shoulder raise, kneeling thigh drops & front raise, knee puhsups & leg lifts, squat & curl, plie hold & weighted tilt, curtsy goal post arm pushes, low squat & weighted upper cuts, weighted speed punches, and concludes with 
a stretch.

I rate this a high intermediate routine that does a great job of getting the heart rate up while working all your muscles. Christine uses lighter weights & goes a moderate pace. I was able to use moderate weights and got a great workout. I received this download to review.
