Jody leads this 29 min strength routine in a gym with 3 backgrounders. You will need dumbbells, an optional bench, and an optional PVC pipe or broom (for the warmup).
You will perform 12 reps of each exercise and then repeat, with a rest between sets. After a warm-up, exercises include bench press with rotation, bi curl to forearm curl, pec fly, overhead tri drop, single arm bench press, clean & press, and burnout finisher done 4X each of bicep 21s & a pushup variation.
The intensity of this routine will depend on your poundage. The pace is moderate and allows for heavier weights, which in turn gave me an advanced workout. My chest & arms were definitely feeling it by the end of this one. If you like to really burn out a muscle group -this is the set for you! Great strength building in a short amount of time each day.
