Circuit Burnout 90 Bonus Stretch

Monique St. Pierre

Monique leads this 9 min workout in a nice studio alone. You wont need any equipment for this athletic yoga fusion stretch.

Stretches include: standing breath work, forward fold, 1/2 moon, neck stretch, tri stretch, upper back stretch, down dog foot pedals, cobra, childs pose, rocking low back massage, lying ham stretch & figure 4 stretch, oblique & IT band stretch, and cat cow.

This routine is suitable for all exercisers. A great little add on stretch for days you are feeling extra sore or tight. I like that it is not a yoga stretch, but does include a few yoga poses used to stretch out your sore muscles. I received this DVD set to review.
