Monique leads this 27 min upper body focused yoga routine in a nice studio with 2 background exercisers. Monique performs the intermediate intensity and the backgrounders each exerciser performing a different intensity. You will need light dumbbells for this routine and the ladies work out barefoot.

After a warm up poses include:  sun salutation, 3 leg dog to plank knee pulls, 3 leg dog hamstring curls, bird dog series, warrior 2 & bi curl, warrior 3 with arm sweeps, shoulder work, childs pose, weighted roll down, boat pose, V ups, V toe taps, plank to dolphin, chair series & a quick stretch.
Done following Monique this is an intermediate routine. This is an athletic yoga routine so Monique keeps things moving and incorporates strength work. The light dumbbells work your upper body and provide a little heart rate increase. As always, Monique's form pointers & instruction are impeccable. I received this DVD set to review.
