Jody leads this 28 min strength & cardio workout with 3 backgrounders in a gym set. You will need dumbbells for this routine. There is an onscreen timer so you know where you are at in the workout. This is your benchmark workout, where you will start the rotation and finish it- gauging your progress throughout.
After a warm up, you will perform 20 rounds of: 3 burpees, 5 squat with overhead press, and 7 sit-ups. You have one minute for each round and the remainder of the minute is for recovery. You conclude with a cool down & stretch.

This is an advanced routine- by the 20th round you have done a LOT of reps of each exercise. Great cardio throughout as you are constantly moving. You do get about 20ish seconds rest between rounds, making this very doable, but also tough. I definitely felt my buns, shoulders & core by the end! I received this DVD to review.
