New Shoot Yoga For Everyone: Chair Yoga
This DVD contains three 21-22 minute yoga sequences that can be played together or you can choose a sequence from the main menu. You will only need a chair for this DVD and no other equipment is necessary. Nadia works out alone in a house set.
Chair Sequence: Postures include seated breathing, neck rolls, torso rolls, back rounding, forward fold variations, shoulder & forearm stretches figure 4 stretch, ankle rotations, roll down, and a long seated relaxation/ corpse style pose.
Seated & Standing Sequence: Seated work includes arm swings, arm & wrist shakes, ankle rotations, torso rotations, torso twists, side bends, warrior 2 & reverse warrior using the chair for support, and a spinal twist series. Standing work includes split stance arm circles, wrist & ankle circles, side bends, hip circles, warrior 1 using the chair for support, quad stretch, tree pose, warrior 3 and concludes with seated breath work.
Floor Sequence: Postures include lying breath work, bridge series, supine knee drops, happy baby knee circles, childs pose, table top hip circles, low runners lunge, standing torso twists, standing breathing, standing twists, calf raises, baby cobra, lying hamstring stretch & ankle rotations, spinal twists, and corpse pose.
