Tamilee's Design Your Fit 20 Minute Cardio Dance 1, 2, & 3
20 Minute Cardio Dance 1: Tamilee works out w 4 backgrounders for this 20 min cardio workout. You wont need any equipment for this routine. Exercises include step touch, double step touch, side & back tap outs, pony, knee cross over, cardio lunges, and pendulum.
20 Minute Cardio Dance 2: Tamilee works out w 4 backgrounders for this 20 min cardio workout. You wont need any equipment for this routine. Exercises include V step, power V, cardio lunge variations, jumps, grapevine, and step touch.
20 Minute Cardio Dance 3: Tamilee works out w 4 backgrounders for this 20 min cardio workout. You wont need any equipment for this routine. Exercises include grapevine, side tap & knee pulls, marching forward & back, lunge & dip combo, repeater knee, cross step & kick, an d marching.
The above is a review of three separate routines from the DYF site. I rate all of these intermediate routines in terms of intensity & choreography. Tamilee & crew work out on a cruise ship deck and you can feel the fun energy. I enjoyed these routines and found them easy to follow without being boring or repetitive. Great for days when you are short on time or string together for a longer cardio workout. I found these to be more of classic hi lo than dancy. Each routine includes a quick warm up & stretch. I received access to these workouts for review purposes.
