Figure 8 Fitness: Dance Max Drills

This 45 minute cardio core dance workout is on disc one of the basic set. You will not need any equipment for this workout. Jaana works out with 4 backgrounder exercisers.

After a warm up, exercises include merengue up & back, samba; squat jump floor touches, salsa, lasso arms, fast feet, pasodoble, lunges, plie, jive, kick hops, and a cool down. Jaana adds in tempo variations, level changes, and big arm movements to keep you working!

I rate this a low to solid intermediate workout in terms of intensity with intermediate choreo complexity. I am not the best at following dance routines, but having done the instructional workouts in the set, I did great! Using the techniques Jaana teaches you, you can really hit your core while getting your sweat on. Jaana provides great instruction and is very enthusiastic.
