Awesome 22 minute Cardio & Core Workout

Cat leads this  22 min live class in their studio. You will need a spin bike or jump rope for this cardio & core routine. There is a modifier without a bike doing a jump rope routine for the cardio portion of this workout.

After a warm up, Cat perform a cardio bike routine and the mod does jump rope variations, burpees, hi knees, lunges, dips, and squats. Everyone does core work which includes sit ups, V twists, push-ups, jacks, plank jacks, and the workout concludes with 
 a cool down & cool down.

I rate this an advanced workout on the bike or using the jump rope I received access to this workout for review. I love that they include the jump rope mod so that you can join in even without a bike. Cat is a great instructor and this workout flies by. The studio is large & accommodating, the group moves to the other side to do the core portion. I received access to this workout for review purposes.
