Erica works out alone for this 21 min booty toning & plyo cardio workout. You will need 5-10 lb dumbbells for a few exercises in this routine; though you could easily add weights to many of the moves. The warm up is built in to the routine and Erica provides stretches at the end.
Each exercise is performed for about 30 seconds. Exercises include dip & curtsy with big arms, dead lift, balance split squat with rear leg raise, balance single leg squats, squats adding hops, side lunges, alternating crusty lunges & side step, one leg squat abductions, sumo squats adding a hop, lunge with hop rotations, plyo to heel click plyos
This is a high intermediate routine. It is nonstop and gets the heart rate up nicely. I enjoy Ericas instruction style. The workout is a good pace and doesnt waste any time. I used dumbbells for most of the exercises even when Erica does not and really got my buns burning. I received access to this workout for review.
