ActivMotion IGNITE Core 1

You will only need your ActivMotion bar for this 27 minute core routine. Each exercise is performed for 60 seconds. Modification options are shown throughout to increase or decrease the intensity.

This routine includes a 5 min warm up, 17 min core work, and a 5 min cool down. Exercises include plank hold, weighted knee side plank, superman, kneeling lunge stance & paddle rows, seated paddler, kneeling side bend, split stance bar tip, standing paddler, hinged tap backs, and side lunge tilt.

Using a 6 pound bar, I found this to be an intermediate routine. Nicole goes at a great pace in this one, no wasted time & really hits the core from all angles. Lots of fun & unique core work. The balls motion in the bar moving really do engage your core in a new way and add a balance challenge that also targets that core. The bar has markers showing where you should keep your hands for optimal balance. I received access to this routine to review.
