Tracey works out alone for this 37 min routine. You will only need a small ball for this core focused workout.
After a warm up, exercises include c curve, supine toe drops, single leg drops, V rotations adding reaches, roll downs, stretches utilizing the ball, core & oblique work using the ball, toe drops, leg cirlces, scissors, bridge work, cobra, plank leg raises, and down dog.
This is a low intermediate workout that provides a great core workout. Tracey really utilizes the ball in all the exercises in fun & effective ways. I love using various props to enhance my workouts & keep things fun & interesting. I received access to this workout to review.
