Module Two contains a four minute cardio & stretch routine (this is the same routine that is used in module 1) that is used as the warm up for the 15 minute glute routine. You will only need an optional workout mat for these routines. Eszter works out alone in the outdoors for the cardio & in a studio for the glute routine.
Cardio: (4 min) This is the warm up for the glute work. Exercises include: side tap & reach, knee raises, kicks, ham curls, step squats, elbow to knee cross pull, toe touches, jogging, jump rope, torso twists, punches & a stretch. There is no cuing in this section.
The Shape: (15 min) Exercises include donkey kick variations, bridge variations, prone leg raise variations and table top leg circles. Ezster provides tempo variations to keep things interesting, plenty of stretches between exercises, and exercise intros before each exercise.
I rate this a high beginner routine that is suitable for most all fitness levels. You can increase the intensity by adding ankle weights and/or a dumbbells. Ezster is a great instructor with perfect cuing and lots of great form pointers. These exercises all target the buns and the modules could easily be combined for a longer workout if you have more time. I received access to these routines for review purposes.
