Pilates Anytime: Upper Body Strengthening

Amy works out with 2 background exercises for this 34 min upper body routine. You will need a tennis ball, light dumbbells, and a magic circle.
Exercises include rolling out muscles with the ball, dynamic stretches, upright row, tri pushback, preacher curl variations, overhead press, upper back fly, magic circle work for the arms, chest and back, traveling side bends, table top dri drops, plank variations, side plank reach over, pushups, and a quick seated stretch.
This is a solid intermediate workout. I really enjoyed this routine- I love using the magic circle and Amy used it in fun & effective ways. The tennis ball is a great tool to roll out stiff muscles. Lots of great upper body work in this one with great instruction. I received access to this workout to review.
