There are TWO separate 20 minute cardio workouts-one is easier, and in the other she steps up the intensity to really burn those calories. In addition, there are THREE ten minute toning workouts: upper body, lower body, and abs. In each segment she shows different intensities so no fitness level is left out. Denise is super cheerful and keeps the moves fairly simple and easy to follow along to. She also includes a 10 minute stretch segment and a short warmup.
