My Exciting Nutrisystem Announcement!

I know you have all heard of Nutrisystem, afterall it has been around for over 40 years and has helped men & women shed millions of pounds!  Well I am super excited to have the opportunity to join the Nutrisystem community and start myself on a healthy journey the Nutrisystem way! And I'm super excited about the addition of the Nutrisystem Chef's Table Fresh Frozen meals to compliment my shelf stable Nutrisystem foods. AND when I order my food- I can customize it to exactly my tastes and change it next month when I know which foods I really LOVE. Or keep it simple and order a pre-made Nutrisystem package.

I have struggled with my weight my entire life and am ready to commit to Nutrisystem starting NOW! I received my Nutrisystem starter kit in the mail last night & it included everything I need to get going :) I was SO excited to see the box- I tore right in only to discover mouthwatering treats such as: chocolate frosted donuts, peanut butter & jelly bars, chicken fettuccine alfredo, red beans & rice, three cheese pasta with chicken and so much more!!! So many of these foods have been taboo for so long- I cant wait to dive right in! I LOVE that with Nutrisystem I get breakfast, AM snack, Lunch, PM snack, dinner, AND dessert!

I'm not going to lie- a HUGE HUGE incentive for me is that with Nutrisystem I don't have to cook! Cooking is a huge time commitment as is grocery shopping. With Nutrisystem you receive a delivery of shelf stable and fresh frozen foods and you simply add a bit of fresh produce (smart carbs) and power foods to your Nutrisystem foods for complete balanced and satisfying nutrition.

I love that I can eat the same thing as the rest of the family, DH is having lasagna- I grab my Nutrisystem lasagna and we are both having the same meal. I'm going to a pizza party next weekend- no worries, Im BYOP'ing (brining my own pizza!) I can enjoy a yummy Nutrisystem pizza and not feel left out of the fun.

I was excited to see that my starter kit came complete with a food journal that has spots for me to detail my Nutrisystem foods, my daily water intake, and my fresh produce add-ins. Grocery lists, add-on ideas, and more are included, seriously everything you need laid out in an easy to understand guide! And I have free access to an interactive, supporting, knowledgable online Nutrisystem community and a 24/7 phone number for any questions I may have, and a dining out guide.

Also included- a free Blender Bottle for their new protein shakes that are a breakfast add-on NOT a meal replacement. YAY So I get a yummy breakfast of my choice (french toast, pancakes, southern-style biscuits & gravy, etc) AND a yummy protein shake (vanilla, strawberry, chocolate, or coffee-woot love the coffee mmmmm). And a nice Nutrisystem water bottle to help keep me on track with my water consumption.

Nutrisystem is a LONG-TERM PLAN: It also comes with a ton of great info including maintenance. Nutrisystem products are available ala carte so WHEN I reach my goal with Nutrisystem I can pick and choose which Nutrisystem meals or snacks I need to keep me on track.
