Stacey leads this 45 min cardio and upper body workout  in a cool jungle set with a group of backgrounders. You will need a dowel, dumbbells, and a step bench for this workout. The dvd is fully chaptered. There is some light lower body work included to get the heart rate up.

Exercises include: pushpus, unweighted squats, marching, low jacks, step touch, dowel squats,  V step, grapevine, upper back fly, dip & curl, isolated bi curls, tri kickbacks, french press,  and concludes with donkey kicks, crunches & lying side leg lifts.

I rate this a low intermediate workout that is easily modified for all fitness levels. This is a great companion to the Firm Prime Power Lower Body Shaping. Perfect for lower energy days or to rotate in with your more advanced workouts. Stacey is a wonderful lead with great cuing. All the exercises are athletic in nature & no complex choreo. I received this dvd to review.
