Motion Traxx Presents: Motion Traxx Cardio Stars - Tabata Coach with Jessica Smith

New from Motion Traxx is a fabulous audio workout featuring Jessica Smith, creator of the 10 Pounds Down workout series.  Motion Traxx Tabata Coach, is a thirty-minute intense Tabata interval workout and part of their Cardio Star Series.

Jessica coaches this 30 minute tabata routine. It contains six rounds and can easily be broken down into shorter workouts. The cd contains a music only option and an audio cuing only option.

Each of the six rounds contains one exercise performed 8 times. Each move is done for 20 seconds with 10 seconds of rest in between. Exercises include: plyo jacks, jump rope, hi knee run, squat jumps, plyo lunges, and Mt. climbers.

This is an advanced workout that is easily modified as you can go at your own pace. Love that you can do as many rounds as you have time & energy for or do the whole thing for a real calorie burner! As always Jessica is a superb lead with excellent cuing and a great energy! I will definitely be getting a ton of use out of this cd. I received this dvd to review.
