Dream Body Workout Series, Tabata & Toning
Francie Bradley, 2013

Francie leads this 45 minute nonstop cardio & toning workout in a small studio with 2 backgrounders, one provides some lower intensity modifications. You will need a stretchy band, light (1-2#) dumbbells, and gliding discs (or paper plates) for this workout.

Dispersed into the workout are blocks of 6 cardio/ tabata bursts followed by 10 seconds of active toning work. You jump right into: disc burpees, moving Mt. climbers, fast paced 1 leg squats & arm raises, arms extended squats, weighted toe touch kicks, weighted fl touch hops, V sit floor leg series, burpee variations, weighted scissor jacks, dips & band triceps work, weighted floor core, plank toe taps, and ends with a cooldown & stretch.

This is a nonstop advanced workout- even Darby looks super worked by the end of this one! I started with 8# weights and within minutes went down to 5, 3, and then settled on 2’s. Francie keeps you moving the entire time and there is never a dull or wasted moment- when your working your triceps- your moving your legs or holding a static squat. She really makes the most of your workout minutes. If you cant keep her pace- the timed intervals allow you to go at your own pace. My heart was pumping and my muscles will certainly feel this tomorrow. SUPER unique and effective workout.  I received this dvd to review.
