Apple, Pecan & Blue Cheese Spread
Prep Time: 10 min. plus refrigerating
Makes: 24 servings, 2 Tbsp. each
Ingredients:
·         ½ cup Breakstone’s Greek-Style Sour Cream
·         1 tub (8 oz.) PHILADELPHIA 1/3 Less Fat thanCream Cheese
·         1 apple, finely chopped
·         ¼ cup ATHENOS Crumbled Blue Cheese
·         ¼ cup chopped red onions
·         ¼ cup chopped toasted PLANTERS Pecans

Make It
MIX reduced-fat cream cheese and Greek-stylesour cream in medium bowl until blended.
ADD remaining ingredients; mix well.
REFRIGERATE 2 hours.



Lemon-Glazed Brussels Sprouts              
Prep Time: 25 min.
Makes: 4 servings, 1-1/4 cups each
Ingredients:
·         ¼ cup Breakstone’s Greek-Style Sour Cream
·         8 cups halved trimmed fresh Brussels sprouts
·         ¼ cup MIRACLE WHIP Light Dressing
·         1 tsp. each lemon zest and juice
·         ½ tsp. GREY POUPON Dijon Mustard
Make It
COOK Brussels sprouts in boiling water 8 to 10 minutes or until crisp-tender. Meanwhile, mix remaining ingredients in large bowl.
DRAIN Brussels sprouts. Add to dressing mixture; toss to coat.
