RECIPE: Strawberry Mint Protein Shake

Strawberry Mint Protein Shake Recipe:


12 medium sized strawberries 
1/2 cup water or Silk Almond Coconut blend non-dairy milk
1 scoop strawberry protein powder
½ cup rolled oats
4-5 fresh mint leaves

5 ice cubes

*blend & enjoy
