This DVD contains three 20 minute workouts designed to be used together for 30 days to get you in great shape! The workouts can be mixed & matched & there are audio options available. You will need dumbbells for these workouts. Scott, Susan and 2 backgrounders work out in a gym set.
Total Body Weight Loss (Scott): Three cardio circuits contain three exercises each performed for 60 seconds followed by 30 seconds rest. After a warm up, exercises include: hi knee run, jacks, burpees, skater, toe jumps, pulse squats & tuck jumps, Mt. climber, Heisman drill, fast feet & dip floor touch, and concludes with wiper & bicycle abs and a final stretch.
Legs, Thighs, and Butt (Scott): Three total body strength circuits contain three exercises each performed for 60 seconds followed by 30 seconds rest. After a warm up, exercises include: squat & overhead press, deadlift, bent T rows, plyo lunges, lat row, side lunges, dip with a single dumbbell raise, balancing rear fly, swimmer abs, Russian twists, single leg drop and a stretch.
Fat Burning & Abs (Susan): Three circuits contain three exercises (cardio, strength, & core) each performed for 60 seconds followed by 30 seconds rest. After a warm up, exercises include: curtsy dip, push up to side plank, V toe touches, static squat to side toe taps, static lunge front push, side plank knee lift, static lunge & scoop series, bicycle, dumbbell tire hop, plank cross knee pull, crab toe touch and a stretch.
I rate these high intermediate routines. The exercises are tough but they do provide you some rest between sets. This is a great set that will definitely burn calories and work your muscles. I love the athletic exercisees are easy to follow and get the heart pumping. Great routines with unique & challenging exercises. I received this dvd to review.
