This DVD contains three walking workouts. Leslie works out with her walking crew in an open living room type set. You wont need any equipment for these routines.
20 Minute EASY Burn!: After a warm up, you basically stick with Leslie's core moves in this routine: walking, knee ups, side step, kicks, ham curls, a bit of power walking, walk up & back, double side step & a cool down.
30 Minute BIG Burn!: After the warm up, Leslie goes into the basic steps: walking, knee ups, side step, ham curls, and kicks. then adds in tempo & intensity changes, arm movements. Other exercises included are double side step, diagonal knee ups, step knee up, double knee pulls and concludes with a cool down.
40 Minute SUPER Burn!: After warming up, you go over the basic steps: walking, knee up, side step, ham curls, & kicks, add in tempo changes & arm movements and then Leslie adds in power walking, knee ups walking forward & back, double knee pulls, squat heel taps, step jab cross, ham curls up & back, diagonal knee pulls, skater with rotation, and a cool down.
These are high beginner routines that can easily be modified up or down to suit your needs. These are straight walking routines without any boosters or much (if any) high impact. Leslie is her usual upbeat, chatty self and provides great pointers, tips, and motivation. I received this DVD to review.
