The PostureFit System

The Postursizer is a body bar with a padded portion in the center that feels great on your back/ shoulders. It is available in 6, 9, or 12 lbs. The Postursizer comes with the PostureFit workout DVD. Nate works out with 4 backgrounders on a stage for the main routine. You will need your Postursizer for all of the exercises in these routines. There are 2 routines and a separate introduction.

Fundamentals: (10 min) This routine shows you single muscle exercises using the Postursizer. You perform about 2 circuits 2 times each, about 10 reps of each of the following: squat, torso twist, knee raises, side bends, lunges, overhead tricep drops, and bi curls.

Exercises: (42 min) You perform 3 circuits, 3 exercises per circuit 30 seconds each. You perform each circuit 4 times. Exercises include squats, upright row, front to overhead raise with a pivot, side lunges, squat & front raise, squat & punch out, shuffle elbow to knee pull, lunge & overhead press, and a cooldown.

These are high beginner routines in terms of intensity and beginner in terms of complexity. Nate is a good instructor and provides instruction and pointers as you go. Before each circuit he goes over the upcoming exercises and then keeps things flowing along otherwise. The Postursizer is very comfortable to use and fits great on your shoulders/back.
