Christine leads this 21 min workout alone in a spacious studio. You will only need a set of dumbbells for this routine, Christine uses 4 # weights. Christine offers some modification options.
The format is one minute strength, 30 seconds cardio two exercises done times each followed by 20 seconds rest. After a warmup, exercises include squat- clean & press- twist, bi/ tri, single leg burpees, lunge pass through, weighted plyo lunges, curtsy & overhead press, and skater floor touches. Before the cooldown, you conclude with finishers: mt. climbers, floor touch star jacks, plank moguls, and heel clicks.
Using 15 lb weights, I rate this an advanced workout. Easy to modify by adjusting your poundage or not using any weights. You really do accomplish a lot in only 20 minutes, tons of multi-muscle moves & great cardio drills that get your heart rate soaring. This is a great workout for days when you need a total body workout but dont have a lot of time. I received this download to review.
