Stu & Jeff both lead this chest & shoulder routine in a brick studio. They alternate performing exercises, and training. You will only need a variety of dumbbells for this workout. The workout is 45 seconds on, 15 seconds rest, alternating shoulders & chest. of work followed by 15 second of They provide some one minute rests throughout. The reps are slow; you are aiming for 8-12 reps per 45 seconds of rest.
After a warm-up & stretch, exercises include: chest press, front raise, decline pushups, pec fly, military press, wide pushup hold, upright row, narrow bench press, diamond pushups, overhead rainbow raises, arm & leg raise pushups, staggered pushups, and a cool-down & stretch.
I rate this an advanced workout using heavy weights. The slow pace allows you to really heavy up and burns the muscles in a new way. I am a fan of the 45/15 format that lets you work hard and then recover before hitting it hard again. I received this workout to review.
