RIPPEDISM: The Cage

Stu & Jeff both lead this 34 min routine, alternating performing exercises, and training. You will only need dumbbells for this workout. The routine is set up doing 30 seconds of work followed by 15 seconds rest. The workout alternates supine core work, plank work, and core cardio exercises.
Exercises include full body crunches, plank knee pulls, hi knee run with a twist, scissor leg drops & reach across, plank to pike walk ins, standing toe reach kicks, knee pull in & ups, plank forearm walk up & back, X crunches, lo to hi plank pulses, V twists, weighted 180 jumps & punch, plank leg raise & tap forward, plank cross knee pulls, superman, slow standing bike, oblique crunches, fast toe reaches, and concludes with a cooldown/ stretch.
This is an advanced routine that will really kill your core! I broke this up to add to other workouts and my core was still feeling it! I love the addition to functional core cardio and the time really does fly by with the 30 second intervals. I received this workout to review.
