IdealFit Protein Powder Review & Info! Only 80 Calories, 20 Grams Protein and NO Sugar or Carbs!

As you probably have read, I have been following the IdealFit meal plans and have lost 15+ lbs!  You can get the 15 day challenge meal plan and workouts for free! I started there, loved it so much I purchased their 6 Week Fit Body Challenge, and then the Sculpt Challenge. The meal plans are great and include SIX meals a day- yes that includes dessert! I use and recommend the IdealFit protein Powder. It contains only 80 calories per serving and has 20 grams of protein! It comes in a ton of flavors and mixes up nice & smooth. I recommend starting with the Chocolate Brownie & French Vanilla since they adapt easily to the recipes in the meal plans. The meal plans include detailed recipes, shopping lists and daily menus. I love the Chocolate Coconut and the Pina Colada- they are my 2 favorites. The Pina Colada is awesome with just milk & ice and the Chocolate Coconut is so good in the desserts! I seriously have like 6 tubs in my cupboard right now. Hey I like variety! I have not tried the Peaches N Cream or the Strawberries N Cream (yet). My least favorite was actually the Cake Batter- it was good but similar to vanilla so I probably would just stick with vanilla next time. I LOVED all the other flavors I have tried. Oh I also LOVE the Caramel Mocha - blend with amilk & ice and you have yourself a healthy "frappe"

I really love these meal plans because they also include some treats that I havent eaten in YEARS! Lucky Charms or any other breakfast cereal, a healthy McMuffin type breakfast sandwich, Pop-Tarts. If you time your macros around your workouts in the correct way- you can have some yummy treats now & then! There are also a cheat meal each week that keeps you on track. I knew NOTHING about macros when I started this program- but you dont have to-Lindsey includes everything you need to know & has all the macros already planned out for you based on when YOU workout -morning, noon, evening, night - you name it! She includes substitutions too so if you eat strictly clean - she has something instead of the cereal/ pop-tart, etc.

Here is my updated progress pic from this morning (these are all this AM). I just got back from a 10 day vacation of lots of eating and drinking and not a lot of exercise so I am getting back on track and am back down 3 lbs this week already!
