ActivMotion IGNITE: Day 1 Strength

You will only need your ActivMotion bar for this 23 minute toning routine. Each exercise is performed for 60 seconds. Modification options are shown throughout to increase or decrease the intensity.

After a warm up, exercises include pushups, side plank toe tap arcs, squat & bar rotation, split stance torso rotation, squat series with bar rotations, single leg deadlifts, static lunge & paddle rows, side lunge & diagonal bar raise, and concludes with a stretch.

Using a 6 pound bar, I found this to be an intermediate routine. Adrian provides a lot of great instruction between exercises which acts as a rest break. You will work your lower body & core and a little upper body. The bar has markers showing where you should keep your hands for optimal balance. You focus on keeping the balls in the bar from rolling from side to side or staying at one end which really engages your core and works your balance. I received access to this routine to review.
