For nearly 20 years, Laura has been an adjunct professor in the Kinesiology Department at the University of San Francisco. She teaches Pilates mat, aerobic fitness and yoga.  Her articles have been featured in IDEA Fitness Journal, Shape, Fit Yoga, Natural Health, Yoga In America and LinkedIn. She’s lectured at Sun Microsystems and National Semiconductor on topics such as “Why Relax” “Routes into Relaxation” and "Do Relaxation and Fitness Go Together?" Laura
