Boho Beautiful in 10 Days is a 10 day program that includes 40 videos totaling 10 hours. Each day of the program, your one hour workout focuses on a specific theme which it’s class itinerary was built upon. Of course, you can mix & match from the videos to create your own routines as well. The program includes yoga, fitness, cardio, pilates, meditation, and a vegan food guide complete with a shopping list. The best part though is that all the workouts are performed on a gorgeous Exuma, Bahamas beach with breathtaking views in the background! Today includes an intro video that prepares you for your workouts, tells you about today's goals, theme, and today's Mantra. The workouts for the day include a 20 minute fitness routine, a 20 minute yoga routine, and a 20 minute meditation routine. You will need shoes for your fitness routine. Juliana works out alone in all of these routines & all are shot on location in the beautiful Exuma, Bahamas.
Day 4 Fitness: Today's workout is a fat burning cardio routine. Exercises include travelling curtsy lunges, hi knee run, squat jacks with a heel click, plank hop ins & knee pulls, Mt. clibmer, down dog to plank knee pulls, pyo lunges, football shuffle & 90* hops, ball to canoe, V drop & leg extension, slow & fast bicycle, side plank hold to pushups, and then you repeat the entire circuit. Juliana concludes with heel click jacks & hi knees as a finisher.
Day 4 Yoga: Today's practice is a wind down yoga routine with a focus on relaxation. Poses include seated cat cow, supine low back massage series, supine leg stretch series, spinal twist, happy baby, supine straddle stretch, twisted lotus, seated forward fold, standing forward fold, standing side bends, wide side stretch variations adding a bind for advanced, yoga squats, down dog -chaturanga-up dog slow flow, double pigeon, spinal twist, and concludes with corpse & slow seated breathing.
Day 4 Meditation: Juliana is filmed seated on a gorgeous white sand beach with the ocean/ sea in the background. Today's focus is Fearlessness, to negate your doubt & fears when faced with choices.Juliana encourages us to eliminate the fear from our life, as fear is not real unless faced with actual danger. Set goals, work hard, and overcome obstacles. Allow love to overpower fear. You should be seated and comfortable, close your eyes and focus on your breathing. Today's mantra is I free yourself from fear & negativity.
The yoga & meditation routines are appropriate for most all fitness levels, and the fitness is a high intermediate. Juliana keeps you moving the entire 20 minutes in this cardio routine - I definitely worked up a sweat. Juliana provides modifications for many exercises. The yoga routine today was a little slower so you could really hold the stretches; it was exactly my body needed & loved!
