Alice leads this 49 minute workout with 6 background exercisers showing various modifications. You will not need any equipment for this routine.
The routine includes a warm up, cardio section, cardio cool down, a short floor core routine, stretch, and concludes with a mudra. Exercises include step twist, plie with dragon arms, funky power march, squat pulses rising to your toes, chasse step behind, pony, cross knee chop, plank hold, cobra, down dog foot pedals, stretch & a mudra.
I rate this a low intermediate routine in terms of intensity & choreography. This is another great routine. I am enjoying these workouts even more than I though I would. All unique & effective, great for days when you just need a little boost. I received this workout to review.
