Tamilee's Design Your Fit 10 Minute Abs 1, 2, & 3
10 Minute Abs 1: Tamilee works out alone for this 14 min core workout. You won't need any equipment. Exercises include pelvic lifts, pelvic tuck & crunch, single leg pelvic tilt adding rotation, crunch with leg extensions, reverse crunches, bicycle, side crunches, double crunches, and side leg drops.
10 Minute Abs 2: Tamilee works out alone for this 10 minute core routine. You won't need any equipment. Exercises include sit up variations, bicycle variations, hip lifts with oblique work, side plank hip lifts, bird dog to airplane, and side lying swimmer.
10 Minute Abs 3: Tamilee works out alone for this 10 minute core workout. You will use light hand weights for all exercises in this routine. Exercises include sit ups, V twists, sit up & row, scissors, double crunches, knee drops, oblique crunches, double crunch variations, bicycle, penguin heel taps, and hip raises with pec fly.
The above is a review of three separate routines from the DYF site. I rate all of these intermediate routines that all have a different focus but all hit the core. These are standard tried & true core exercises that I definitely felt the next day. I received access to these workouts for review purposes.
