NuBody Glutes Module One: The Lift Workout Reviews

Nubody Glutes Module One: The Lift

Module One contains a four minute cardio & stretch routine (this is the same warm up used in module 2) that is used as the warm up for the nine minute glute routine. You will only need an optional workout mat for these routines. Eszter works out alone in the outdoors for the cardio & in a studio for the glutes routine. 

Cardio: (4 min) This is the warm up for the glute work. Exercises include: side tap & reach, knee raises, kicks, ham curls, step squats, elbow to knee cross pull, toe touches, jogging, jump rope, torso twists, punches & a stretch. There is no cuing in this section. 

The Lift: (9 min) Exercises include bridge variations, kneeling glute drops and squeeze, prone glute squeezes. Ezster provides tempo variations to keep things interesting, plenty of stretches between exercises, and exercise intros before each exercise.

I rate this a beginner routine that is suitable for most all fitness levels. You can increase the intensity by adding ankle weights or a dumbbell on your hips for the bridge work. Ezster provides lots of great form pointers & encouragement as you go. These are definitely glute focused exercises and the modules could easily be combined for a longer workout if you have more time. I received access to these routines for review purposes.
