Jaana works out with 4 background exercisers for this 10 min standing ab  workout. You will not need any equipment for ab focused dance routine.
Exercises include: standing crunches, knee pull series adding hops, side bends, hip pops with arm movements, and hip sways.

This is a solid intermediate workout that is a really fun way to work your abs and get your heart rate up. I really love standing ab work and this one is a fast favorite. Jaana provides tempo changes to keep your muscles guessing and she wastes no time in this one. I received this DVD to review.
