Jaana works out with 4 background exercisers for this 20 min cardio dance workout. You will not need any equipment for ab focused dance routine. You will perform five two minute  high impact dance routines followed by 30 seconds rest.

After a warm up, exercises include: ski hop, zig zag run, hip rolls, pushups rock step, plank to side plank, figure 8 knee pulls, lunges, squat kicks, burpees, and a cool down. Jaana provides a long warm up and cool down in this one.

This is a solid intermediate workout in terms of choreo and intensity. This is part of the Ultimate set & it is assumed you have already mastered the exercises so they are not broken down but Jaana makes it easy to follow along. There is about 10 minutes of hard work in this one with 5 min warm up & 5 min cool down. Lots of fun core focused cardio exercises in this workout. I received this DVD to review.
