Today's Recipe: Marinade for London Broil or Flank Steak (though I used it on NY strip...)
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup oil (I used peanut oil)
6 cloves minced garlic
2 Tbs honey
2 Tsp mustard powder
Mix all ingredients. Marinate steak for several hours before grilling. Grill over direct heat coals. Here is a pic of our steaks grilling on our new grill.
