This is a 16 minute download available Suzanne Bowen Fitness. Suzanne leads this workout alone in a cute gym set. You won't need any equipment for this workout. The workout begins with some active marching to warm you up. Using a stopwatch to time each exercise, Suzanne leads you through a series of plank variations: isometric planks, plank knee pulls, hi plank, single leg plank, T stands, plank knee drops, and reverse plank.
