Tracie leads this fantastic 52 min C+S workout alone in her brick set on a pedestal. You will need a weighted ball and dumbbells for this workout. Tracie does a great job of offering modifications to up the intensity if desired. The dvd is chaptered. There is a dumbbell section, weighted ball segment, and a body weight segment- all provide cardio & strength training.

Tracie alternates hi intensity moves with active recovery and really keeps things moving along. Exercises include: med ball X pushes, jacks, ball weaves between the legs, plyo lunges, figure 8's with the ball, skater, ball swing & overhead triceps adding in a hop, burpees to pushups & frog hops, floor touch to knee ups, 180 jumps, knee pull hops, plank w/ weighted punches  tri kickbacks, side plank dumbbell raise, squat & mil press, tuck jump-march, quick & slow pendulums, dips & bi curls, side lunge-row-hops, and a nice core section before the cooldown. Tracie uses 7 lb dumbbells but I found it easy enough to heavy up.

I rate this a high intermediate workout that really accomplishes a lot! Really worked my muscles & got & kept my heart rate up. Very functional feel that hits the core in fun new ways while staying active. Fun unique exercises combined with Tracie's stellar cuing & instruction make this an awesome workout! I can not wait for more reBoot workouts!

Tracie leads this 30 min butt focused workout in her latest brick set on a pedestal. You will need dumbbells & ankle weights for this workout. The dvd is chaptered. The workout contains a nice standing segment and concludes with floor work.


Exercises include: single leg squats & deadlifts, runners lunge with a glute raise, pike pendulums, low runners lunge to a hopping knee up, sumo squats, deadlifts, donkey kicks & table top hip circles, bridge variations, and finishes w/ a series of swimmer glute exercises.


I rate this an intermediate workout that really accomplishes a lot in only 30 minutes. Tracie offers a lot of great tips on how to really target the buns and as always her form & cuing is right on. Lots of unique exercises and love that some get the heart pumping. Great variety of standing & floor exercises. I received this dvd to review.
