I am happy to report that it is SO yummy and super super versatile! I love adding it to my vanilla or fruit smoothies in the mornings. It contains an ideal ratio of essential fatty adds Omega 3, 6, & 9, beneficial for sustainable good health and it is a complete protein, I have been adding it to my cereal and oatmeal- which usually lack protein so this is the perfect way to up the nutritional anty of all your foods! It is perfect food for a vegan diet and is one of few complete plant proteins.
