SHOUT OUT: Linwoods Superfoods: Delicious. Nutritious.


I had the absolute pleasure of reviewing a fabulous superfoods company: Linwoods Health Foods and I am very excited to tell you all about them and their outstanding superfoods! We all no how important it is to get proper nutrition, fiber, and essential fatty acids into out diets, but with our busy lives- it can be a challenge. Well not anymore- enter Linwoods: 


Linwoods is such a great product for a variety of people ranging from fitness experts, active bloggers, fitness dvd lovers, busy stay at home mom’s, busy career gals, and our entire families! With its high nutritional content, it acts as an easy “link to good food”.  They come in six flavorful varieties including:

I was SUPER excited to have the opportunity to try this as I LOVE pumpkin and flax and have been wanting to try goji berries for some time. I am happy to report that it is SO yummy and super super versatile! I love adding it to my vanilla or fruit smoothies in the mornings. Health Benefits: energy rich blends are nutritionally dense to support a balanced diet and active lifestyle. Gluten free. I had the pleasure of reviewing  their Organic Hemp. It contains an ideal ratio of essential fatty adds Omega 3, 6, & 9, beneficial for sustainable good health and it is a complete protein, I have been adding it to my cereal and oatmeal- which usually lack protein so this is the perfect way to up the nutritional anty of all your foods! It is perfect food for a vegan diet and is one of few complete plant proteins. Health Benefits Include: Omega 3, 6 & 9: A balanced ratio of these polyunsaturated fatty acids may help to maintain a healthy heart and may help to promote a healthy immune system.
