REVIEW: JNL Fusion Crazy Circuit Cardio

This is a 31 min core & cardio circuit workout. Jennifer leads this workout in a gym with a group background exercisers who provide various intensity options. You will need a pair of dumbbells & an optional cordless jump rope. A very short cooldown is also included. Music options are also available.

This workout alternates cardio exercises with core exercises. Each exercise is performed for 30 seconds with very little rest in between moves. You perform 2 exercises and then repeat those 3 times. Exercises include: weighted elbow to knee pulls, floor touch plyo jumps, jump rope variations, weighted twisting punhces, floor touch V hops, squat & pelvic thrusts, criss cross jacks, Mt climbers, power kicks, and weighted overhead punches.

 I rate this a solid to high intermediate workout, but appropriate for all fitness levels- just choose your modifier. Jennifer has a great energy, is very motivating and provides great form pointers. I love the 30 second format that really allows you to give each exercise your all with no boredom and no frantic transitions. Love the unique exercises in this workout, easy to follow and athletic in nature. I received this dvd to review
